James Smith, Instructeur Senior/Senior Instructor

James pratique et enseigne le Kitaido et ses disciplines affinitaires depuis 1984. Il dispense son enseignement à Londres ainsi qu'en France et Israël. Par ailleurs, il s'est rendu de nombreuses fois au Japon pour affiner et enrichir sa pratique.

Il reçut le titre d'instructeur en 1998 and et celui d'Instructeur Senior en 2007. Il est également Shodan ( 1ère dan) de bojutsu. Au delà de cela, il a plus de 10 ans d'expérience dans l'enseignement qu'il dispensa à un large éventail d'étudiants, des débutants jusqu'aux Instructeurs, sans distinction de pays ou de culture.

James is practising and teaching Kitaido and related movement practice since 1984. He teaches Kitaido in London, France and Israel. In addition, he has travelled to Japan a number of times to develop his movement practice.

He was awarded the qualification of Instructor in Kitaido in 1998 and became Senior Instructor in 2007. In addition he has a black belt (shodan level) in bohjutsu. Overall, he has more than 10 years experience of teaching movement practice to a wide range of students from beginner to instructor levels and from a range of countries and cultural backgrounds.

 

Michal Bar on

Michal pratique les arts martiaux depuis 1987, en commençant par le Karate.Instructeur de Kitaido et shodan bojutsu, elle enseigne actuellement le Kitaido et le bojutsu enn Israël depuis plus de 10 ans, et plus récemment en Espagne. Elle a obtenu le titre d'Instructeur Senior en août 2010.

Michal has been practising martial arts since 1987,  starting with Karate. Kitaido instructor and Shodan bohjutsu, she has been teaching Kitaido and bojhutsu in Israel for more than 10 years, and more recently in Spain. She is Senior Instructor since August 2010.

Fiona Duff

Fiona débuta sa pratique du Kitaido en 1986 jusqu'à devenir Instructeur de Kitaido et Nidan de bojutsu. Elle exerce entant qu'acupuncteur et masseuse shiatsu et a enseigné le Kitaido et le shiatsu en Israël, France et Angleterre. Sa recherche personnelle se porte sur le lien entre le mouvement et le corps physique pour aider, faciliter le changement et le maintien de l'état de santé.

Fiona started her kitaido practice in 1986 and is a Kitaido Instructor and Nidan in Bohjutsu. She is a practicing acupuncturist and shiatsu therapist and has taught Kitaido and shiatsu in Israel, France and England. She is interested in the link between movement and bodywork to help and facilitate change and healing.

Aviv Tatarsky

Aviv Tatarsky est instructeur de Kitaido et Bojutsu Shodan (1ère dan).
Il a commencé à étudier le Kitaido en 1993 sous le gorei de Richard Holland. Il a vécu 2 ans au Japon où il pratiqua le Shintaido et le Zen Shiatsu sous l'égide de Takeo Suzuki.
Parallèlement à son étude du mouvement, du ki et du corps, il pratique la méditation, à commencer par zazen, et depuis 1999 l'école Vipassana au sein de la fondation Tovana. Il a étudié aussi d'autres formes de pratiques corporelles telles que l'improvisation, le Buto et la danse Soufi.
Son intérêt se porte principalement sur comment le travail et la connaissance du corps peuvent nous rapprocher de nous-mêmes, nous révéler un peu plus au sujet de la nature de notre esprit et nous permettre d'exprimer la meilleure part de nous-mêmes. Il tient d'ailleurs un blog sur www.notes.co.il/aviv . 

Aviv enseigne le Kitaido et dispense des séances de shiatsu à Jérusalen depuis 1997.
Aviv Tatarsky is a Kitaido Instructor and Boh Jutsu Shodan (1st dan). He started practicing Kitaido in 1993 under the gorei of Richard Holland. He lived in Japan for two years where he practiced Shintaido and studied Zen shiatsu with Takeo Suzuki. 

Along his study of movement, ki and body he has been practicing meditation, first zazen and since 1999 Vipassana with Tovana foundation. He has been studying various other movement forms such as contact improvisation, Butoh dance and Sufi whirling. His main focus is on the ways bodywork can get us closer to ourselves, reveal to us more of the nature of our mind and allow us to express the best in us. Aviv has been teaching Kitaido and giving Shiatsu treatments in Jerusalem since 1997.

 

Christian Nguyen Buu

Christian débuta  la pratique des arts martiaux en 1994 en commençant par le Karate Shotokan.  Il entamera sa pratique du Kitaido un an plus tard. Cette découverte du keiko l’amènera à devenir ostéopathe D.O. afin d’approfondir, dans un premier temps, sa connaissance du corps puis par la suite soulager les divers maux de ses compagnons pour leur permettre de continuer la pratique.

Instructeur de Kitaido, Sandan bojutsu et Nidan Karate, il enseigne actuellement le kitaido et le bojutsu en France, en Israël, et en Espagne. Son intérêt se porte autant sur l’aspect martial qu’artistique du Kitaido  et  son influence sur la santé.

Christian started practicing martial arts in 1994, Karate first and Kitaido a year later. This discovery of the keiko led him to become an Osteopath D.O. to deepen his knowledge of the body first, and later, to heal the pains and injuries of his fellows to allow them to pursue the practice.

Kitaido Instructor, Sandan bojutsu and Nidan karate, he is teaching Kitaido and Bojutsu in France mainly, Israël and Spain. He is interested in different aspects of Kitaido: artistic, martial and healing.
